Students who complete all this course will be eligible for Asia Perfume Foundation Level 2 Certification, a pre-requisite for APF Level 3 in ISIPCA, France.

Rebooking, Cancellations & Refund Policy
We know plans can change! Because every workshop requires advance preparation, materials, instructor time, and reserved seating, please take note of the following policies before booking.
Customer Cancellations & Rebooking
All workshop bookings are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may transfer your booking to another available date by notifying us at least 48 hours before your original workshop.
To request a rebooking, simply email bcscentstudio@gmail.com with your name and booking details.
Please note:
🔁 Rebooking requests received less than 48 hours before the workshop will no longer be accommodated.
⏳ No-shows or guests arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior notice will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for rebooking or refund.
🏠 For Perfume Parties and Private Workshops, late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the down payment. A new booking and payment will be required to reserve another date.
Minimum Enrollment & Workshop Confirmation
Our Fragrance 101 and 2-Day Artisan Perfumery Workshop require a minimum of 4 participants for each scheduled class to proceed.
If a scheduled class does not reach the 4-participant minimum, The Scent Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the class.
Whenever possible, participants will be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop.
If The Scent Studio cancels a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, participants may choose to:
- Transfer their booking to another available schedule; or
- Receive a full refund of the workshop fee.
For cancellations due to emergencies, instructor illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify participants as soon as reasonably possible.
Refunds
If a workshop is cancelled by The Scent Studio and a refund is requested, the full workshop fee will be refunded to the original payment method used for the booking.
For credit card and online payments, refunds are processed back to the same card or payment account originally used. Once a refund has been initiated through our payment system, it cannot be redirected to GCash, bank transfer, cash, or another payment method.
Please note that although we initiate the refund from our end, the time it takes to appear in your account will depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Every workshop is carefully prepared—from your ingredients and materials to instructor time and studio space. Our minimum enrollment allows us to provide the full learning experience intended for each class.
