Rebooking, Cancellations & Refund Policy

We know plans can change! Because every workshop requires advance preparation, materials, instructor time, and reserved seating, please take note of the following policies before booking.

Customer Cancellations & Rebooking

All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may transfer your booking to another available date by notifying us at least 48 hours before your original workshop.

To request a rebooking, email bcscentstudio@gmail.com with your name and booking details.

Rebooking requests received less than 48 hours before the workshop, as well as no-shows, will be considered forfeited and will no longer be eligible for rebooking or refund.

Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior notice may also forfeit their slot if the workshop can no longer be reasonably accommodated.

For Perfume Parties and Private Workshops, late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the down payment. A new booking and payment will be required to reserve another date.

Minimum Participants & Studio-Initiated Cancellations

Some workshops require a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum enrollment is not reached, The Scent Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop.

Whenever possible, participants will be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop.

If The Scent Studio cancels a workshop, participants may choose to:

1. Transfer their booking to the next available schedule; or
2. Receive a full refund of the workshop fee.

If a workshop needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, instructor illness, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify participants as soon as reasonably possible.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking.

For credit card and online payments, refunds will be returned to the same card or payment account originally used. Once a refund has been initiated through our payment system, the refund method cannot be changed or redirected to another payment channel such as GCash, bank transfer, or cash.

Processing and posting times may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Every workshop is carefully prepared—from your materials and ingredients to instructor time and studio space. These policies allow us to keep our classes organized while giving our guests reasonable flexibility when plans change.
