Rebooking & Cancellations Policy

All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

We get it—life happens! If you’re unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may reschedule to another available date as long as you notify us at least 3 days (72 hours) before your original booking.

To rebook, simply email us at bcscentstudio@gmail.com with your name and booking details.

Please note:

🔁 Rebooking requests made less than 24 hours before the workshop will no longer be accommodated.

🏠 For Perfume Parties or Private Workshops, any late cancellations will forfeit the down payment. A new booking (and payment) will be required to reserve another date.

⏳️ No-shows or late arrivals (15 minutes or more) without prior notice will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for rebooking.

We appreciate your understanding! Each workshop requires careful preparation, materials, and reserved time to create the best experience for all our guests. Thanks for respecting our schedule and helping us serve everyone better.
