ORDER FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING & PICK-UP POLICY

🏢 On-Site Ordering & Pick-Up

Our office is open for on-site ordering and pick-ups.
Please note: We only bottle and prepare orders once payment has been confirmed.


🚚 Shipping Information

Shipping fees vary depending on weight, location, and courier rates. Final shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed upon order processing.

📦 Metro Manila

  • Orders are shipped via standard courier services.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after courier pick-up from our office.

📦 Provincial Areas (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)

  • Orders are shipped through local couriers.

  • Delivery usually takes 3–4 working days after courier pick-up from our office.

🚛 Bulk Orders

  • Sent via freight forwarders (e.g., AP Cargo, Pambato, 2Go, etc.)

  • Lead time for packing and crating is 5–7 working days, with courier pick-up typically scheduled 3–5 working days after booking.

🌍 International Orders

  • Available for select non-restricted items: perfumery materials (excluding alcohol), candles, and empty bottles

  • Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on destination and package weight

  • Most packages are shipped via FedEx or DHL

  • Please contact us with your order and shipping address for a custom quote


⚠️ Shipping Reminders

  • For urgent orders, you may book a same-day delivery service (e.g., Grab Express, Lalamove) and arrange for pick-up from our store from 11am to 8pm ONLY. Please coordinate with our team beforehand to ensure your order is packed and ready.

  • For standard courier shipments, please note that we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

  • While we can help coordinate and assist in tracking, courier schedules and delivery timelines are beyond our control.
